Your new cheeses are in short 10 / 10-plus!
We have been buying your unsalted butter for about two years now and were interested when our local shop stocked your new cheeses as ‘an experiment’ (!)
We would now not bother with any other ‘blue’ cheese – it’s that good! Also your Caerffili is easily the best we have encountered. It is so rare nowadays to find cheese that tastes like cheese and find a cheese that is not over-salted to disguise the lack of flavour – these comments apply to some organic cheeses let alone the supermarket rubbish!
Many thanks indeed for producing such excellent products – we only wish that your milk was available in Northumberland!
