Delivery
Once your order has been placed you will receive an conformation email. You will then receive another email once your order has been dispatched.
For next day delivery you will need to place your order before 2pm orders after this will be delivered the the day after next.
Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday for Tuesday Delivery.
Orders placed on a Bank Holiday will be dispatched on the next working day.
If you have an overseas order you would like to discuss please email moo@calonwen-cymru.com.
Calon Wen will not be held responsible for the condition of your order if the delivery can not be made because no one is at the delivery address. You may contact us to change the delivery address, or date of any order by emailing moo@calonwen-cymru.com. We must be notified on the day the order is placed.
Returns
Returns will only be accepted if the product is deemed to be in an unsatisfactory condition upon receipt, or for goods mistakenly dispatched. Please inform us immediately by emaiing moo@calonwen-cymru.com if any goods are in an unsatisfactory condition, or incorrectly dispatched.
